Walked in and was stood there and despite this the staff ignored me and then went to tend to 2 separate men who came into the shop after me. Just walked around and then left as no one to look after me and sell me whisky, despite there being 3 staff and 2 of them free. I recommend to tend to all your customers regardless of them being men, women or young or old! I will not be shopping with you and will take my custom elsewhere.

I'll confess I have not shopped here yet! However on my way to work in Manchester this morning my paper bag disintegrated causing all my belongings to spill out. (Paper bag + rain do not mix!) A couple of kind people ran over to help me grab my things and I managed to balance them all on my arms as I carried on to work. Then a lovely person from the whisky shop ran over with one of their retail bags for me to put my things in and I was so grateful, it really made my day! I'd just like to say thank you so much to the person that helped me and if that's how you treat a stranger in the street then I've no doubt they are very attentive a kind to their customers also! I have a few relatives that love whiskey and I will be sure to definitely pass them your way. Thanks again! Leah 😊

Great experience in The Whisky Shop. Personalised too with 1 customer in at a time during Covid. Really got to look and sample the Whiskies and found a great limited edition small run cask strength Kavalan to take home! Great customer service.

I can't recommend this place highly enough! The shop is extremely well stocked but what the real selling point is the staff. They aren't sales people, they're whisky lovers. They will openly spend time discussing the bottles with you and have an extremely good knowledge of all their stock be it for enjoying or saving. The staff don't push towards the higher priced stock if that isn't what you're after, they listen to what you want and guide you to the best and always within budget. I sincerely hope this recommendation gets the recognition the staff deserve. Thank you.

Top quality service I ordered some whisky after checking it was the correct bottle as advertised. Turns out it wasn't. Not only did they honour the purchase price - they were friendly and very helpful. Item dispatched the same day. A lot of companies are not this friendly and corporate sets in. Just wanted to say Thankyou! A little goes a long way. Many thanks!!
